The European Commission initiated a project Admira, which is the Pro Inno Europe part of the program – the largest to date organized European design project. One of its components – DME_Award European Design Management Award, organized as a contest. Each country participating in the project was able to deliver a total of up to 15 companies in five categories (entrants, non-governmental and non-profit organizations, micro, small, medium and large enterprises).
Lithuania has been selected to represent the five companies, but none of them pass the initial selection or did not bring presentation illustrating company design management. Meanwhile, two companies of Estonia – AQUATOR and Thulema won promotions based small and medium-sized enterprises. Our other neighbors – Polish company Moho Design ranked third in the category of entrants.
