Lithuanian design prize GOOD DESIGN is a national contest aimed to celebrate the most successful Lithuanian design ideas and collaborations with local businesses. GOOD DESIGN is awarded each year to the 12 best design objects and 3 projects. Additionally, 15 diplomas are awarded – 12 for objects and 3 for projects. The winners are selected by international jury.
By tradition award ceremony takes place on the first week of May, during DESIGN WEEK LITHUANIA festival. After the ceremony the exhibition of winners’ works is opened in Vilnius and also other cities of Lithuania.
What is more, winners of the contest have a chance to participate in other projects of Lithuanian Design Forum and present their works at exhibitions abroad. Also, the special printed catalogue of winners works is released.
