PROJECT COORDINATOR/COORDINATOR

Design Forum, an association active since 2006, is looking for a full-time Project Coordinator in its Vilnius office.

The organisation’s objectives for 2021 are:

To organise projects of high quality value
To create optimal conditions for the representation of national designers in Lithuania and abroad
To promote international cooperation with other foreign organisations
To ensure networking within the design community
Provide information on the design sector to stakeholders
To monitor and actively publicise the results of the creative activities of the country’s design sector
To help young designers to be noticed in the market

Job description:

Contributing to the coordination and organisation of the main events of the Association:
The DESIGN WEEK festival,
The Lithuanian Design Prize GERAS DIZAINAS competition,
DESIGN LITHUANIA,
meetings of the association members
and other ongoing events.
Coordination of design themed publications.
Control of project deadlines, preparation of reports.
Contributing to the administration of events on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Uploading information to the association’s websites (WordPress platform).
Possibility of working a flexible schedule.

Requirements:

initiative and willingness to develop and learn
final year student or experience in: management/administration, communication or creative industries
communicative, responsible, hardworking
excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (written and oral)
good computer skills
Experience in social media administration or marketing would be an advantage.

Probationary period: three months

Working hours: flexible working hours (by agreement)

Work location: Vilnius

Salary: 1000 Eur before taxes.
