On the occasion of this year’s Milan design week, „Design Forum“ with strong support of the Lithuanian Institute has published in large numbers the third „Lithuanian Design Review“ – semi-periodical journal about Lithuanian goods, mainly furniture, design representations abroad. Modestly named „Vol. 2.5 Light“ this time he is in form and format of the newspaper, as well as mood. Rasa Špokauskaitė fun layout and binding upon the smell of pine, spruce and fir fragrance simply represent Lithuanian design differently.

This publication describes and illustrates the large continuos exhibition „Lithuanian design team“, the 2008 contest [neformate] (theme – tree), the most interesting works. Recalled the Lithuanian Institute exhibition „Lithuanian Design in Progress“, readers are introduced to man of design of the year in Lithuania Gediminas Ruzgys, reviewed our country’s design and the designer’s professional history, in the article „Five fingers or a fist?“ ‘Designers from different fields called upon to unite and work together.
